Dear Guests!<\/p>\n

Thank you for choosing K\u00e1n Eco Resort.<\/p>\n

Please note that by sending us your reservation, you acknowledge that you accept the rules of the policy.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

1. We are obliged to transmit the personal data of our guests to the National Tourist Information Centre by scanning\/photographing their documents. Please send us your personal identification document by e-mail, photo or scan, when finalising your booking, or we will scan it for you personally on arrival. If the document is refused, we regret that your booking will be cancelled immediately.<\/p>

2. Only registered Guests are allowed to stay in the Guest House. Please do not admit visitors or strangers to the accommodation.<\/p>

3. Pets are only accepted at your own risk and up to a maximum of 4 kg.<\/p>

4. Rooms can be taken from 14:00 on the day of arrival.<\/p>

Accommodation must be left by 10:00 on the day of departure. If availability allows, we are of course flexible with arrival and departure times. Prior arrangement is essential!<\/p>

The operator is available on site at the time of arrival and departure.<\/p>

On-call service is available for guests, and hosts can be contacted by telephone 24 hours a day.<\/p>

5. The entire area of the K\u00e1n Eco Resort has a WIFI system, which is free of charge.<\/p>

The continuous uninterrupted operation and availability of WIFI is not guaranteed by the operator.<\/p>

6. Houses are heated with wood-burning boilers. The wheat stove is only a decorative element, its use is strictly FORBIDDEN! Please do not move the thermostats out of place and do not place anything in the way of the sensor, otherwise the signal may be interrupted and the heating will not work.<\/p>

\u00a0The K\u00e1n Eco Resort pays special attention to the protection of the environment and forests, as we have underfloor heating, please do not change the heating settings (we protect the trees)<\/p>

7. You will receive the house clean, so please keep it tidy and clean. For longer stays, the houses will be cleaned weekly, bed linen and towels will be changed.<\/p>

Daily cleaning is available on request.<\/p>

8. Please protect the environment, save energy. Turn off the lights indoors when not in the house and do not leave the front doors open during heating. There are directional lights in the yard, if you no longer need the lights outside, turn them off to protect the environment.<\/p>

9. Do not take indoor furnishings and utensils, cutlery, plates, glasses out into the yard or to another apartment. You will also find utensils for use in the kiosk.<\/p>

10. Smoking, the use of IQOS and electric cigarettes is strictly FORBIDDEN in the guest houses, smoking is only allowed in designated areas.<\/p>

11. In the interest of the peace and quiet of the neighbours and the village, no loud noise, music or noisy activities are allowed in the garden after 22:00. \u00a0<\/p>

12. The use of fireworks and firecrackers is strictly forbidden on all days of the year in the whole village!<\/p>

13. Pets are not allowed to enter the houses or to be fed.<\/p>

14. Fires can be lit only in the designated fireplace, in the fireplace built in the garden, or in the area suitable for this purpose (barbecue, oven, stove) in the garden, in strict compliance with fire safety rules.<\/p>

15. The fireplace may only be operated by persons over 18 years of age. Always ensure that the fire is extinguished after use.<\/p>

16. Parking is possible in the courtyard, 4 cars can be parked comfortably, beyond the grass about 2 m is allowed to avoid the load of the septic tank. The owners of K\u00e1n Eco Resort cannot be held responsible for valuables left in the cars.<\/p>

17. We are not liable for any damage to property or accidents resulting from improper use. Please use the equipment as intended.<\/p>

18. Our guests are financially liable for any damage caused by improper use and must pay for the damage directly.<\/p>

19. Please report any malfunction in the guest house to the operator immediately.<\/p>

20. It is forbidden to charge electric vehicle from the K\u00e1n Eco Resort's electricity network.<\/p>

21. An iron, ironing board, shoe care equipment and umbrella are available on request.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Use of Wellness:<\/p>

1. Use of any wellness equipment without prior consultation is FORBIDDEN! It is forbidden to use the sauna, the salt room or the jacuzzi without the permission of the hosts. Please do not plug in any electrical devices or parts related to the wellness, let us know and we will help you if you request the service.<\/p>

2. It is strictly FORBIDDEN to bring food or drinks into the salt room, sauna or shower room. The use of the wooden hot tub and sauna is at your own risk. In case of improper use or any use not authorized by the host, a cleaning surcharge of 20 000 HUF per session will be applied.<\/p>

3. Please enter the salt room without shoes at all times, and sweep yourself before you come out so that as little salt as possible can be spilled.<\/p>

4. In the sauna, we ask you to put a sauna blanket or towel under you (including under your feet).<\/p>

5. If you are no longer using the wooden hot tub, please put the top back on so that you can enjoy the water as long as possible.<\/p>
